My antenatal care package is designed to support you and nurture you as you grow your baby and grow as a parent and family. 

I aim to provide you with holistic, relationship based care, empowering you with the information to make informed choices about your pregnancy, birth and the fourth trimester. 

My full antenatal care package includes; 

Midwifery care and support during your pregnancy in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you and your family, including WhatsApp support/phone calls as needed. 

A booking appointment at 8-10 weeks of pregnancy. This typically takes 2 hours, you may have already had an NHS booking appointment so you can access scans and blood screening, we can discuss this further at this appointment and look at all the options available to you. We would discuss your medical history, previous births and any potential complexities. 

Appointments at 16, 25, 31, 36, 38, 40, 41, 42+ weeks of pregnancy 

Additional appointments as needed 

Birth preparation and planning, including hypnobirthing techniques, discussions around perineal massage, hand expression, pain relief options, biomechanics and optimal birth positions and place of birth. 

All antenatal appointments can include, blood pressure monitoring, urine dip, mapping your babies position, monitoring of babies growth by measuring the fundal height, auscultation (listening) to your babies heartbeat with a Pinnard or Doppler.

All appointments are inclusive of your family, partners, family members, siblings and the pets are all welcome at your appointments!

I can also support you with signposting to other health professionals such as, Lactation Consultants, Herbalists, Osteopaths, Massage Therapists, Mother Blessings, Closing The Bones Ceremonies and navigate any follow up appointments you may have with the NHS.

Travel within a 30 mile radius of PE28 is covered within my costs anything more than this will need to be discussed.
